Job Summary:
The Training Specialist - Instructional Design will manage the design and development of the organization's training programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Conducts needs-gap analysis and implements measures to address skill gaps
•Plan, design, and develop training programs
•Develop standard operating procedures, training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other instructional material using content creation software
•Develop testing and evaluation procedures
•Partner with Supervisors to track team member training progress and needs
•Assist in evaluating team member development
•Maintain team member training files
•Continuous evaluation of training content for accuracy and relevancy
· Previous experience providing training ideally in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
· Experience using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline or other e-learning development software
· Experience with LMS365 or another LMS platform
· Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Software
· Excellent communication skills
· Bilingual Preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
· Interpersonal and people skills
