Summary/Objective:
The Technician is responsible for performing repair and service on customer and dealership vehicles within management's guidelines for productivity, safety and efficiency.

Preferred Education/Experience:
One year certificate from college, technical school or factory apprentice program; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; outdoor weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather). The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); work in high, precarious places and toxic or caustic chemicals.
The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
