Job Description

Our client, a National Insurance Carrier, is currently seeking to add a Senior Commercial General Liability Claims Specialist to their Chicago, IL office. This person would be responsible for handling complex litigated and non-litigated General Liability claims including Construction Liability, Slip & Falls, Sexual Molestation, Casualty, and Premise Liability. This role will allow flexibility to work from home part time. Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience handling Commercial General Liability including Construction Liability, Sexual Molestation, and Premise Liability
• Litigation Experience
• Carrier experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
• Active Adjuster's License (preferably multiple licenses)
