Radiology Physician Assistant Opportunity in LA California 

Radiology group hiring PA to do basic procedures. 

Day hours - no call

$110,000 - $125,000 first year - negotiable

W-2 with benefits or 1099

Prefer PA that has experience doing procedures, but will train the right person. 
Need someone good with their hands.

The ideal candidate will provide advanced clinical support in the field of radiology, including performing diagnostic and interventional procedures under the supervision of a radiologist. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and conducting physical exams relevant to radiologic care.
• Assist radiologists in performing diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, such as fluoroscopy, biopsies, and drain placements.
• Interpret imaging results under the direction of a supervising radiologist and communicate findings to referring providers.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, post-procedure care, and follow-up recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Active Physician Assistant licensure in California.
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in radiology, interventional radiology, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
  • Proficiency in performing minor procedures such as venipunctures, injections, or catheter placements.
