HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
As a Project Coordinator, you will work remotely and be responsible for managing the project management platforms for the RYSE Innovation Hub. Your duties will include assisting with presentation development, scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up communications for meetings, coordinating invoicing, and managing internal resource repositories.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of experience in your area of expertise.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing the work of hourly staff and/or consultants.
- Strong skills in group facilitation and presentation.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and supporting applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision.
- Experience monitoring project budgets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks from conception to completion.
- Ability to balance project tasks with routine duties.
- Ability to meet short deadlines and work additional hours during peak periods.
- Ability to travel as assigned.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance for business-related travel.
Preferred:
- Experience handling invoicing and project financials.
- Experience in youth engagement, including group facilitation skills.
- Experience overseeing project management platforms.
Location: Remote - United States
Starting Pay Range: $61,500 to $75,100 annually, with a typical hiring range of $61,500 to $68,300 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
