Red Bicycle Coffee is a well-established and well-loved Nashville coffee brand that has grown to seven locations in the Greater Nashville area. Our mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of those we connect with every day, and we believe we can do that one cup of coffee at a time. As a small, husband-and-wife ownership team, we believe our business is our ministry and we are proud of the hard work our teams are doing day in and day out to serve their communities with excellent coffee, food and service. In this next season of our business growth, we are building our tiny corporate team and seeking support with the extensive amount of administrative tasks we face daily.

As an Executive/Personal Assistant, you will be in a dynamic and multi-faceted role that requires superb organization skills, excellent communication skills and a unique ability to find creative solutions on-the-fly!

You will work directly with leadership to support in daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

• Managing daily correspondence with employees and vendors
• Various HR-related tasks
• Coordinating meetings
• Bill payments

You will also be a direct point-of-contact for store leadership for various support tasks including, but not limited to:

• Ordering supplies, as needed
• Scheduling interviews with prospective candidates
• Contacting customers to resolve issues, as needed
• Printing store materials and signage

This will be a dynamic role that will also involve responsibilities of a Personal Assistant, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments
• Completing miscellaneous errands for stores, ie. grocery store runs, dropping off supplies, coordinating shared resources
• Calendar management
• Conducting research

Work location is flexible and will vary based on the needs of the day, either working from home, our office or one of the store locations. Scheduling is flexible, we are open to either a full-time (35+) or part-time (20-25) position, depending on the candidate.

This is a new role in our growing company and we can't promise an exhaustive list of responsibilities, rather, we are seeking a candidate that will help us define this role and grow into the position with us.
