Guldmann Inc is looking for a part time, energized Office Assistant to join our Boston team.

We would love to speak with you if you enjoy working with people, need a flexible work environment and part time hours. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring our office operations run smoothly and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

• Greet customers/visitors in a friendly open manner
• Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and route accordingly
• Support Homecare clients by answering incoming calls, providing answers to sling product questions, processing quotes/orders and handling any returns
• Support Commercial Office Manager in event planning and travel logistics for commercial sales area: regional rales Meetings, client meetings, new hire travel for in office training.
• Ensure Medford office runs smoothly by completing ongoing tasks including bill payments, internal catering and ordering kitchen/office supplies.
• Process FedEx and USPS shipments for Medford office

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in an office setting preferred

Compensation details: 22-24 Hourly Wage
