What You'll Do:

• Scout for potential roofing and siding replacement opportunities with insurable damage
• Canvas company targeted areas with advanced tools to identify prospects.
• Conduct property inspections and document damages.
• Present our value to homeowners with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Generate leads, manage referrals, and maintain strong customer communication.
• Participate in regular and consistent sales trainings provided by the company.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in home improvement.
• A strong drive to succeed and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and meeting sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM and canvassing software is a plus.
