Title: Oracle Apex Developer (onsite) Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US) Must-have skills: 5+ as a Developer; Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex; DISA STIGs, NIST OR similar standards, Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) OR leading / mentoring exp

ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension (s) Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.
Requirements: Experience in programming/systems analysis experience with emphasis in applications and systems architectural design and development, database, and middleware technologies;
Experience maintaining assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements;
Experience designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex;
Experience developing scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration;
Experience in creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher or Oracle Reports;
Experience maintaining assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements;
Experience designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex;
ORDS experience;
Experience developing scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration.
Preferred: Experience performing requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of custom Oracle applications;
Experience in creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher or Oracle Reports;
Experience with Oracle Database products version 11 and above;
Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports version 10G or higher;
Experience with Oracle APEX 4.0 and above;
Experience in troubleshooting
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Lead the design and development efforts for systems integrations;
Coordinate with technical and vendor leads for large technical implementations;
Create and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams and deployment architecture;
Support project management and integration architecture throughout the development lifecycle;
Lead product deliverables testing and validation;
Develop technical plans for various software testing phases, including smoke and compliance tests;
Plan deployment strategy and monitor internal systems for compliance with standards and regulations.
