Monday-Friday | Day shift 5am-3:30pm

$16-$20 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding and be capable of reading blueprints and performing welds to specifications. This role involves working with a variety of metals in a manufacturing or fabrication environment to produce high-quality welds that meet safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various materials as per project requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Set up welding machines based on job specifications
• Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Proficiency in the use of welding tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Set up, operate, or tend welding, soldering, or brazing machines or robots that weld, braze, solder, or heat treat metal products, components, or assemblies. Includes workers who operate laser cutters or laser-beam machines.
* Inspect, measure, or test completed metal workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using measuring and testing devices.
* Read blueprints, work orders, or production schedules to determine product or job instructions or specifications.
* Assemble, align, and clamp workpieces into holding fixtures to bond, heat-treat, or solder fabricated metal components.
* Set up, operate, or tend welding machines that join or bond components to fabricate metal products or assemblies.
