About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our team at Lithia Springs Resort. As a Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a 4-Diamond level of service by ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the lobby area. You will be expected to perform janitorial duties, operate various cleaning equipment, and work around a variety of chemicals. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

Must have Good Driving Record, will need to drive to other locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility and fairness in dealing with guests and team members
• Must have a legal Driver's License and submit and MVR - Position will require travel to one other site to drop off linens.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in hotel maintenance and landscaping

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the lobby area
• Perform janitorial duties such as scrubbing and scouring surfaces
• Operate various cleaning equipment
• Work around a variety of chemicals
• Assist with hotel maintenance and landscaping as needed

Skills:

As a Lobby Attendant, you will need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You will use your janitorial skills to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area and operate various cleaning equipment. Your flexibility and fairness will be essential in dealing with guests and team members. Additionally, your experience in hotel maintenance and landscaping will be beneficial in assisting with these tasks as needed.
