We are looking for an extremely motivated and passionate Team Leader for Denver, who would like to be a part of an exciting new company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. As the leader of our first install crews, we are looking for individuals with deep install experience to help us prototype processes and procedures that we will be implementing across North America. You will be responsible for removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems, and collaborating with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.
Responsibilities:
Install new heat pump systems
Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems
Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality
Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems
Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Train our team of technicians on the Jetson equipment and install procedures
Requirements:
You're F32 – National Standard Residential Mechanical – Class C licensed
Proven experience as a team lead of HVAC installation teams
HVAC NATE certification preferred
Section 608 Certification preferred
BPI certification nice to have
Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with building codes and regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time, guaranteed hours
Pay: $100,000-$130,000 per year
