Job Description

As a Hotel Promoter you would be responsible for maintaining high quality service to guests in and out of the hotel by greeting all guests. Pay: $19 per hour Responsibilities

• Serve as a greeter for the hotel.
• Respond quickly, pleasantly, and efficiently to all guest inquires.
• Ensure guest privacy and safety.
• Sell and up-sell hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain familiarity with hotel services and directions in order to answer guest questions.
• Maintain familiarity with the area in order to assist guest with their needs and directions.
• Promote hotel outlets.
• Promote and encourage online reviews and guest surveys.
• Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Highly resourceful, flexible and creative in solving problems.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
