Job Description

Summary:

Are you compassionate and reliable? Macas Homecare is in need of a Home Health Aide.
A companion to provide assistance with daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Macas Homecare gives a $100 bonus after one year of service.

Responsibilities:

Provide health care services in patients' residences.
Perform domestic and household tasks.
Transport and accompany patients to doctors' offices or to hospitals.
Assist with clients' personal care activities.
Maintain patient's care records and document provided services.
Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise.
Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.

Skills:

Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Caring and compassionate personality.
Valid driver's license (preferred, not required).
High school degree(preferred).
