Position Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Creative and In-House production as a key member of our Marketing team, responsible for overseeing the creative aspects of our brand execution across various Marketing and Corporate channels. This pivotal role will require a highly talented and strategic creative leader with a proven track record of developing innovative and impactful campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives. Collaborate with senior executives to understand business goals, target audiences, and market trends to shape the creative vision.
  • Creative Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a diverse team of internal creative professionals, including graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, and video producers. Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that encourages creativity and personal growth.
  • Agency Management: Oversee and manage relationships with external creative agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Brand Identity: Protect and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative materials and campaigns.
  • Creative Campaigns: Lead the development, guidelines and execution of multi-channel creative campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, effectively communicating our brand values and key messages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely across all Marketing Channels, Corporate communications, product, and Field support teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to creative initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Partner with the Marketing Effectiveness team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns. Analyze data and insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve creative strategies.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the creative budget, optimizing internal and external resources to achieve the highest level of creativity and impact.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate our creative approach.
  • Experience, implementation and knowledge of AI supported creative a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 Years experience
  • Proven track record as a Creative Director or a similar creative leadership role in a large organization, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns across various mediums and channels.
  • Extensive experience in managing and leading creative teams, both internal and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative marketing.

 

 

Salary range: $137,500-$237,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No
