Position Overview:

V3 Electric is seeking a high-level Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and exceptional branding skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at both graphic design and image/video production, capable of producing visually compelling content that reinforces our mission, vision, and brand across various media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital content.
• Produce, shoot, and edit content for promotional campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive visual content strategies.
• Create content for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design and image/video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
• Familiar with image/video formats, conversion techniques, and DSLR cameras/gear.
• Strong understanding of graphics and lighting techniques.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design and image/video production.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for various social media platforms.
• Ability to cover events with photos or videos as needed.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Kindly ensure that you have a portfolio or copies of work samples available, should we request them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000 Annual Salary, Depending on Experience
