Entry Level Production Scheduler

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient production schedules that meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Planner, Scheduler, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of materials and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning software.
