MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Level 3
* DOE Emergency Management Experience (DOE Order 151.1D)
* Masterâs or Doctoral Degree OR 20+ Years DOE Emergency Management Experience in lieu of a degree
* Certification(s) related to Emergency Management preferred but not required
Level 2
* DOE Emergency Management Experience (DOE Order 151.1D)
* Bachelorâs degree OR 10-19 Years DOE Emergency Management Experience in lieu of a degree
* Certification(s) related to Emergency Management preferred but not required
Level 1
* DOE Emergency Management Experience (DOE Order 151.1D)
* Associate degree OR 10-14 Years DOE Emergency Management Experience in lieu of a degree
* Certification(s) related to Emergency Management preferred but not required
SCOPE OF WORK
* Writing or revising EM plans, procedures, checklists, or other documents as needed.
* Conducting research/benchmarking developing and reporting/documenting conclusions and recommendations.
* Planning, writing, and providing training or developing a training plan for a DOE compliant wildland fire management program plan.
* Developing, implementing, developing a training plan, and providing training or for a LM/LMS emergency operations system (EOS) program and plan.
* Developing, conducting, and documenting emergency management self-assessments.
* Developing, populating, and reporting program health metrics.
* Developing, tracking, processing, and closing opportunities for improvement and findings in the appropriate LMS issues management system.
* Planning, conducting, coordinating, and controlling LM/LMS drills and preparing drill summary reports.
* Planning, conducting, coordination, controlling and evaluating LM/LMS exercises and preparing After Action Reports.
