Direct Support Professional (DSP)

**Job Summary:**
CLW is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join their team in Newbury, OH. The DSPs will provide day-hab and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on quality care, daily activities, and ensuring the health and safety of clients.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in day-hab and vocational services.
- Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the well-being of clients.
- Uphold high standards of care and support for clients.
- Participate in training and development programs as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions with clients.

**Qualifications:**
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
- Ability to meet criminal background check requirements.
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
