Job Description

**Remote Benefits Specialist**

Are you enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about the flexibility of remote work? We're looking for a dedicated Remote Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll guide individuals through their insurance benefits, helping them secure financial protection. While prior experience in insurance sales is beneficial, it's not required.

**Your Role:**

- **Client Interaction:** Schedule and host virtual appointments using provided leads to understand and address clients' needs.
- **Benefits Analysis:** Conduct benefits reviews via Zoom, educate clients, identify additional coverage needs, and assist with the qualification process.
- **Regulatory Compliance:** Stay up-to-date with all insurance rules and regulations to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with supervisors, managers, training staff, and customer service representatives to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- **Goal Orientation:** Strive to meet personal daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- **Multichannel Communication:** Engage with clients via phone, email, and online chat to provide personalized solutions.
- **Active Listening:** Understand clients' unique needs and address them effectively.
- **Teamwork:** Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for clients.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and benefits information.
- **Continuous Growth:** Stay informed about our services and industry trends to better assist clients.
