Associate Attorney - Litigation (Criminal Defense & Family Law)

Position Overview :
We are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our litigation team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in criminal defense and family law. The position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys, develop practical litigation skills, and play a vital role in advocating for clients in both civil and criminal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing criminal defense and family law cases from intake through resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
Participate in court hearings, trials, and client meetings.
Engage in case strategy discussions and settlement negotiations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust and communication.
Handle cases with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
0-3 years of litigation experience, with a demonstrated interest in criminal defense and family law.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and client care.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, in-office position: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience.
