What We're Seeking :
* Hands-on expertise across all facets of litigation, from law and motion to depositions, trials, and appeals, with strong oral and written advocacy skills.
* Proficiency in various discovery techniques and a proven track record in drafting diverse motions.
* Exceptional communication and organizational prowess, coupled with a knack for clear, concise writing and thorough legal analysis.
* Highly organized, hardworking and demonstrates the confidence to work under multiple deadlines
Qualifications:
* Licensed in good standing with the California State Bar.
* Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience within a law firm.
* Proficiency in legal research and writing, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Outstanding communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to autonomously manage caseloads while fostering collaboration within the team.
* Experience in the courtroom, taking depositions, and trial experience, a plus!
* Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
