The HVAC Accounting Specialist is responsible for all aspects of accounting for the HVAC service group, including invoicing, expenses, receipts, payments, auditing, and process improvement. This position is a critical member of the accounting team and plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the business.Requirements:

Duties/Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process all job-related invoices.
• Track and reconcile all job-related expenses.
• Reconcile all receipts through business systems.
• Review and pay job specific invoices.
• Audit revenue and expenses.
• All other aspects of Service operational duties as needed.
• Work with the Service Manager to improve processes and business systems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Two plus (2+) years of experience in accounting, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Compensation details: 45000-65000 Yearly Salary
